Bellmore10. The lady that drives this car has been doing drug deals in my neighborhood. She needs to be drug tested. The cops have been notified so please fire her for the sake of your business.

I find it very offensive & dishonest what I read. The people who are writing negative things are sadly misinformed, past disgruntled employees, or competitors looking to cut the company down in order to lift themselves up, which if true, is a sign of weakness. I drive for the company. I know the owner & he is not doing drugs & is a very nice guy who does a lot for the community. I don’t drink, drug, or smoke. I have been driving 300 to 400 miles nightly for other companies as well as this company. I have never been in an accident or gotten a speeding ticket in my life. I have never missed or have been late for any of my client’s pick-ups or drops. I follow & obey ALL the rules of the road. I detail the cars regularly as I take pride in what I do. The cars are in great condition & run well. I wouldn’t put my well being @ stake. My family, whom I love, also travels with the company. I have a D.O.T. medical examiner’s certificate which is good till 7/13/2012. I dress up every day in suit & tie & have my clothing dry cleaned on a regular basis. All of the driver’s I’ve met are neat & very professional. I wish people would get the facts before they comment. It appears clear that many of these negative post have been the work of an individual whom is very ill, and perhaps the Company should be commended for making sure their customers do not get into a vehicle with this individual! 

 

You suggested that the individual that has been hiding under the different alias may want to grow a sack and put his phone number on here... well he did under the referenced hearing post he placed above and will you have a great laugh when you do a google search on that phone number and discover the company that the number is linked to!

Getalife. Then why is this company not accredited and endorsed by the Better Business Bureau like Black Tie Limo Co? 

It's who you know and Mr. Bellmore knows many people. They also operate under several business names to get around loopholes. Just because they don't get in trouble dosent mean anything. Lots of limo companies do things wrong and do for years.

I cant believe they actually have a customer that didnt even wnat to call the Andover Police Department and check to see if they are licensed as a taxi service. The statement by "disagree" is 100% accurate and anyone wishing to know the truth about this illegal operation should in fact call the local authorities and verify for themselves instead of praising an illegal cab company who does not have the proper authority nor the hackney license and medallions to work in any of these towns, including Lawrence, Methuen, North Andover and Andover and many more ! The WYNDHAM HOTEL IS ASKING FOR TROUBLE FOR LETTING THEM ACT AS A TAXI SERVICE OUT OF THEIR HOTEL. I HAVE HEARD MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT PEOPLE NOT ONLY BEING RIPPED OFF BY THESE CRACK ADDICT DRIVERS BUT MAKING MANY PEOPLE MISS THEIR FLIGHTS AT LOGAN AIRPORT DUE TO THE POOR EXCUSE FOR CARS THEY DRIVE, MOST HAVING IN ACCESS OF 350,000 MILES ON THEM. I WONT USE THEM ANYMORE WHEN I STAY AT THAT HOTEL BECAUSE I DID MY HOMEWORK AFTER HEARING ABOUT THEM AND THE OWNER WHO IS ALWAYS HIGH ON SOMETHING AND EVEN DRIVES HIMSELF ! ALL I CAN SAY IS, DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU LET THIS BOGUS AND RIDICULOUS COMPANY EVEN TOUCH YOUR BELONGINGS NEVERMIND WITHOUT PROPER LICENSING OR INSURANCE TO DO SO. IF YOU GET HURT YOU LOSE. LASTLY, ANYONE WHO LIVES IN THE AREA MUST KNOW ABOUT THE STUDENT WHO ALMOST GOT KILLED BECAUSE OF A DRIVER WHO WAS DRIVING DRUNK AND DECIDED TO DRIVE UNDER A TRUCK AND BEHEADED HIMSELF RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STUDENT. THERE IS STILL A PENDING LAWSUIT, ONE OF MANY FROM WHAT I HAVE LEARNED. ITS CLEAR THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLAINTS THEY NEED TO TRY AND REFERENCE DRIVERS WHO MOST LIKELY HAD COMMON SENSE AND LEFT THE SHADY OPERATION TO GO AND WORK FOR A REAL COMPANY AND THAT THEY UTILIZE FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS TO WRITE NICE STORIES, TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD. AGAIN...YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO RENT A LIMO OR PARTY BUS FROM THEM !!! GOOD LUCK. YOU WILL NEED IT !

i take bellmore's transportation to and from work everyday!! thats including today with the big storm u guys r great.... i enjoy driving with them and they drivers are very nice to me!! I took there limo service to and from boston and over tipped them cause they r so nice or maybe cause im cute!! hehe I how much u hate bellmore sounds like u just need move on and get another job cause it sounds like this place meant alot to you!! lmao but its your opinion and mines is that THERE GREAT!!!

Disagree, I don't know where you get your information from, but you couldn't be more wrong about everything you wrote. If Bellmore's had broken any laws or safety violations, there would be fines and penalities and most likely out of business. There are no complaints with the Better Business Bureau, nor the Attorney General's Office. There is much competition within the Andover area. Bellmore's stays afloat because of their excellent service and their customer's loyalty. If you or anyone has anything derogatory to say or if you are a disgruntled employee, be man or woman enough to confront the individual face to face rather than hide behind a computer screen.

I agree that personal attacks on someone's family is wrong. Those who post rude comments are probably ignorant. However, the other statements are facts and can be verified with legitimate fact finding methods. People talk and complain and word of mouth determines choice of service. Businessess either make it or they don't. Cost has kept this business afloat. That and lack of competition in the Andover area. If however a quality competetor should come around, that may change.

This company does break many safety violations enforced by the DOT and Federal Motor Safety Adm. There bus is illegally operated. There limos and vans are in direct violation. They don't carry comprehensive insurance on any of their vehicles. They have no safety training and don't perform CORI or sexual offender searches on employees. Anyone with a decent driving record can drive for them with zero experience. They transfer MASSHEALTH clients and *** addicts to clinics in the same car airport clients take. They do not drug test or medically check their drivers, which is mandatory in the masshealth contract. They do not have direct rates and charge different amounts depending on the day. They are operating as Taxis out of Andover and Lawrence which is illegal as they do not have hacknee licenses. 

They can be found sitting at the Andover Train station operating as taxis daily. 

Most of the drivers look like they climbed out of bed. IMO it is not worth the cheap fare to risk your life with this company. Go for a more reputable company like Blck Tie, or Grace Limo. Those companies enforce strict training and drug test their employees. 

If you're a driver, don't put your license on the line, they will be caught eventually.
